Plans For Smackdown Christmas Eve Show
Added 2021-12-18 00:30:22 +0000 UTCWWE is filming two episodes of Smackdown tonight, including one for next Friday's Christmas Eve special. Fightful obtained the tentative lineup for that show.
- Happy Corbin and Madcap Moss were scheduled to open the show, with New Day, Usos and Drew McIntyre all involved.
- A Miracle on 34th Street Fight between Drew McIntyre & New Day vs. Usos and Moss is scheduled.
- There is a 12 Days of Christmas Gauntlet match that is slated to get a ton of time, and the winner getting an IC Title shot. Ricochet, Cesaro, Mansoor, Erik, Ivar, Drew Gulak, Sheamus, Sami Zayn, Shanky, Jinder Mahal, Humberto, Angel Garza, are all scheduled.
- Shinsuke Nakamura and Rick Boogs are to be on commentary for the gauntlet.
- Promos from Paul Heyman, Sasha Banks and Toni Storm are set
- Sasha Banks & Toni Storm vs. Charlotte Flair and Shotzi is scheduled to main event.
As always, these are tentative plans that can and often do change.
