Top IMPACT star now a free agent, negotiations ongoing
Added 2021-11-20 18:59:49 +0000 UTCW. Morrissey is technically a free agent, though he's discussing a new deal with IMPACT Wrestling, we're told.
Morrissey, the former Big Cass, noted during a recent interview that his deal with IMPACT Wrestling was up at the end of October and he was hoping to remain there.
According to IMPACT sources, Morrissey is looking for a "big money deal" by IMPACT standards, after proving himself in the ring, on screen and in a behavioral fashion. Morrissey is booked to face Matt Cardona at Turning Point.
UPDATE: In an update, we've learned Morrissey was scheduled for an appearance at Las Vegas Fight Shop on Friday. Apologies for the confusion. We're working to find out more on the status of negotiations between the two sides.
