Wrestlers have went to Tony Khan and Scott D'Amore about AEW/IMPACT women crossing over
Added 2021-10-20 17:10:28 +0000 UTCFightful spoke with Deonna Purrazzo ahead of Bound For Glory, who confirmed that she has spoken to Scott D'Amore about doing crossover work with All Elite Wrestling, specifically with Dr. Britt Baker DMD. She also confirmed that Baker has done the same with Tony Khan. We haven't heard of any progress on the potential, but it has been floated.
Purrazzo said as currently constructed, it would be hard to satisfy all the bookers with a match result between the two since they're both dominant champions. Purrazzo has pitched and mentioned working as a tag team and even competing for the Knockouts tag team Championships. She told us Baker and Chelsea Green are the only teammates she's interested in picking up.

Joel, this is a really stupid comment. We reported on this platform that she had a standing offer to work ROH. She was booked for All In -- the precursor to AEW -- and had to withdraw because she signed with WWE. She just worked Empowerrr and is wrestling for AAA.

2021-10-21 03:24:50 +0000 UTCDeonna is the most ever rated wrestler on the planet. Zero charisma, mediocre ability and she is a legend in her own mind. That’s why she wrestles for Impact no other promotion is even interested.

2021-10-20 18:42:21 +0000 UTCMan I hope! Would love to see Jordynne Grace vs Nyla Rose, or Rosemary vs Allie on the big stage

2021-10-20 18:00:10 +0000 UTCIf they didnt just do it with bryan/omega a time limit draw would make sense.

2021-10-20 17:55:47 +0000 UTCmake them a faction & have them dominate both brands
2021-10-20 17:41:18 +0000 UTCI think they could also even do a special ppv or something with just the woman from AEW and impact. Hope we do get some crossover for the woman

2021-10-20 17:22:00 +0000 UTCYeah, Britt v Purazzo would be logistically kinda tough right now, since neither of them should lose to the other. And given their well-established friendship, a tag team would objectively rule.

2021-10-20 17:21:17 +0000 UTCMan, them as a tag team would be sick. Give them the platform of a follow up to the women's AEW women's tag tournament.
