More on WWE's schedule changes
Added 2021-10-14 15:21:43 +0000 UTCThere seems to have been a shift internally in what WWE plans to do in December. Wrestling Observer reported this morning that no December WWE PPV was planned. Fightful had confirmed this news, and reached out to WWE in an official capacity Wednesday, but didn't hear back.
Originally, there was a plan for a December 19 PPV show, which was then adjusted to be WWE TLC on December 12. However, Fightful has been told by WWE sources that the December 12 PPV is no longer happening. When we asked the reason why, sources indicated that the reason could be the proximity to the January 1 WWE PPV, which was a show spearheaded by Nick Khan. We're told the plan to have no December PPV was made well over a month ago and internal calendars had been updated accordingly.
Even publicly displayed scheduled for WWE shows no longer list a December PPV, which was originally planned to be WWE TLC.
