Mahal told Fightful that he provided WWE with some samples of music he liked and that would fit really well, and they brought the theme to him. As soon as he heard it, he knew it would be a perfect fit for what he was doing, but he says he didn't actually hear the final presentation until he came out to the ring one day. He wants to bring back the 360 camera shot for his entrance.
Mahal told us that he specifically went to Vince McMahon and Bruce Prichard and said he wanted Veer and Shanky as a part of his presentation. It got approved, and Mahal spoke highly of their willingness to learn. Mahal saw them at the WWE Performance Center when he was doing his rehab for his most recent knee surgery.
