IMPACT staff is told Tommy Dreamer not at IMPACT tapings
Added 2021-09-17 17:01:39 +0000 UTCFightful has learned that at a production meeting today, staff was informed that Tommy Dreamer would not be at this weekend's Nashville tapings. Dreamer appeared on last night's Dark Side of The Ring, where he recounted the events of the Plane Ride From Hell, brushing off Ric Flair's behavior during the event, and saying it was simply a "joke," among other things. We were not told of his role going forward and how it is affected.

It's not like Dreamer didn't know cameras were rolling or something. He chose to express these views knowing full well they would be on national television. That's the level to which he thought there was nothing wrong with anything he was saying. How incredibly out of touch.

This is especially troubling considering his positions of authority in the industry. Following Don Callis, Impact may have some additional housecleaning to do in its administration.
