Planned NXT match tonight no longer taking place

Fightful has learned that a planned match between Franky Monet and Raquel Gonzalez for the NXT Women's Championship will not be taking place Tuesday as planned. Fightful was not given a reason why the match was off, but that the company was aware of the change by Monday morning. We've also not been told if either woman will appear on tonight's show.
We have been told that as of 11:15 AM, some talent had already been arriving to the venue of the evening's show.

sure does feel like they're trying to regress back to the Diva era, at least to some degree, cutting the women's matches almost every week now.

Any chance/rumor/WWE guys saying that the reason Samoa Joe dropped the title was to give a fresh start and not because he's actually injured? It feels like they put it on him to accomplish some admin (get it off Kross and create a fresh start when they rebrand) instead of actually forwarding a real story with Joe.
