Major News On WWE WrestleMania 38
Added 2021-09-01 17:19:44 +0000 UTCSome huge news for the immediate future of WWE WrestleMania.
After the reception of the last two years of WrestleMania being split up into two nights, Fightful has learned the working plan internally as of last week was for WrestleMania 38 in Arlington, Texas to also be split up into two nights. The shows are scheduled for Saturday, April 2, and Sunday April 3. As long as things hold up, it'd be the first two-night WrestleMania in front of a full crowd.
As cliche as "plans change" may be, they do, so nothing is official until the company announces it themselves. Up until a few days before Allegiant Stadium was announced as the Summerslam venue, there were several within WWE still pushing for other cities and venues. The reception from the roster for a two-night WrestleMania has been unanimously positive, which we'll have more on soon.
As things stands, many people internally have been given the plans of a two-night show.

Does anyone know about when tickets go on sale?

2021-09-01 19:46:18 +0000 UTCI know that even during a pandemic, WWE split the show… and that this year, with an audience, WWE split the show… so why would anyone think they’d go back now?

2021-09-01 18:38:37 +0000 UTCThis is major news? The last two WM’s were two nights and successful… why would they go back?

2021-09-01 18:34:51 +0000 UTCI went to night 2 of WM this year (my first WWE show ever) it was awesome! And I very much enjoyed night 1 on TV, no need for 7 hour PPVs!

2021-09-01 17:40:19 +0000 UTC100% this. Making it 2 days takes away some of the excitement for me. The show just needs to be shorter. Not everyone needs to be on the card.

2021-09-01 17:39:08 +0000 UTCGood. One shorter show is ideal but trying to cram it all into one night was unsustainable because the roster is too big these days. For the current brand split setup with such a large roster, 2 nights is great.

2021-09-01 17:24:31 +0000 UTCWe don't need them to do two shows. We need them to scale back on the existing show. Much like world titles, doubling the WrestleMania main events will ensure it means less over time.

2021-09-01 17:23:52 +0000 UTCI like this because nobody wants to sit through 6 hours of Wrestlemania, and it means matches can go longer or an extra one or two can make the card instead of the pre-show

2021-09-01 17:23:39 +0000 UTCExcellent news. I can go to bed before daylight with this format.

2021-09-01 17:23:13 +0000 UTCAs they should. I went to both WM night 1 and 2, and even though night 1 was way better, it was so fun doing a 2 day back to back shorter shows as opposed to one 7-8 hour one
