Io Shirai Update
Added 2021-08-30 15:08:14 +0000 UTCWe've had numerous questions about Io Shirai's status as she and Zoey Stark hadn't wrestled on WWE TV for nearly two months after winning the NXT Women's Tag Team Titles. We're told Shirai is fine and wrestled on this past week's set of NXT tapings. She's said to be healthy and fine.

Is there no clear update on her contract situation? She signed with WWE around July-August of 2018. That's 3 years ago already. I'm guessing the signed one of those USA Network upgrades they offered, but would be cool to know the details. With the new edict, I so badly want her to leave WWE.
