Fightful was told and confirmed with numerous sources that the police officer who responded tot he situation actually hadn't been informed of the spot and reacted accordingly

I'm wondering if the police were notified, but the wrong officers showed up, or that the officers that responded weren't informed because the information didn't trickle down fast enough.
