Dream hadn't been at many NXT tapings of late and hadn't wrestled in 2020. He had been coming to open ring, and there was growing concern in the company he was being set up to help coach classes.
Canyon Ceman emailed within WWE at about 4:45 to deliver the news to those in the company. Dream has a 30 day non-compete clause
