Backstage reaction to Hell in a Cell title switch
Added 2020-10-26 22:34:22 +0000 UTCThere was plenty of confusion within WWE for the decision to put the WWE Title on Randy Orton, largely for the same reasons echoed by that of the online fan base. Orton is very well liked within WWE these days, and has been helping out a lot of younger talent over the last year specifically. However, most of the wrestlers that we spoke to were also confused about the timing of the move considering he was heavily protected from WrestleMania to Summerslam, and then beaten several times since.

So, am I not part of the "online fan base" despite being online and a fan of wrestling? Does my opinion not matter here?

2020-10-26 23:23:27 +0000 UTCThere's also that "dick handshake" fiasco he was accused of that WWE never actually did anything about a couple of years ago, but that's my personal take. I'm admittedly not even sure if others remember that or even heard about it at the time.
