Retraining - Chapter 4 Cover

Chapter 4 will span 36 total pages, with some trigger warnings near the end. I'll of course tag those appropriately when we get to them.

Wait why add trigger warnings???? Never understood why anyone finds those necessary, just post what you want and if others don’t like it, they can pound sand.
