Switching from the military to the private sector has been difficult adapting to the “learn to say no” because man… So dang use to saying yes I’m hopes of making rank, being the best etc. However, after about 6 months I get it but there’s still a learning curve.

This was helpful to me. Although I'm not a content creator, I have so much on my plate and so I am always struggling to pace myself. I over extend myself and I'm all over the place at times. Thinking of my duties as a 9 to 5 job is a great way to go about my days. Also, learning to say no is a simple but overlooked thing. I need to implement this starting today.

Saying "no" has been the hardest for me to implement, but it's a must in order to be successful. Ton dog was spot on with that advice.

I wake up with a structured plan which allows for flexibility...and what I mean by that is that I as much as possible allow time for myself. (personal) I like this video because you at times need a message to help keep you from drifting when these times get hectic and put you back on your discipline of schedule.

I’m so glad I have this community! Thank you Anton, I have the structure that is set in place but the no part gets frustrating when it comes to my social life. No one respects your time if they know you don’t even respect your own😉🤍 much love

Great video Mr. Daniels I’m still teaching myself on saying no to things that don’t benefit me and my family and the long run.

Really needed to hear this. I've been wanting to get a second job but I'm afraid of burnout and I was struggling to figure out how other people do it. This is giving me the confidence to go for it. Thanks for the wisdom🙏🏾
