Patreon changes coming in 2022 (and a new reliving vid)

Starting January 1st 2022 there'll be some pretty big changes for the Patreon, as outlined in the video linked to this post. I talk about it in detail in the video but the short of it is:
- I'll no longer be reading out names at the end of each video. It made more sense to do this when the Patreon was smaller, but now the readouts are so long that it harms video performance
- There will be no more tiers, meaning everyone who pays at least $1 USD will have access to the same stuff here on Patreon
- Reliving videos will no longer continue after weekly releases until the end of this year
These are really tough calls to make but I hope you all can understand why they're being made. I'm endlessly thankful that you're all supporting the channel, and have supported the channel so far, but I just feel it's necessary to make these changes having dwelled on them for the last year or so.
Q&As will continue, as will early access releases, and the occasional poll.
If anyone wants a refund for any reason - don't sweat it! I won't ask questions, I'm just happy you're watching.

2021-11-29 21:50:33 +0000 UTCI'd wanted to wait until I got a job to increase all my Patreon pledges, but I do really want to hear my name read in the credits of your videos. I guess I'll bump it up for December and then drop back down if that's okay? These changes do make sense, and I support you running your Patreon and channel any way you want to. With that said, I'm very excited for the Sims 2 DS video because I found you from your Sims videos and I loved them. I would love to see you talk about some more life sim games too if that interests you, I don't know of many YouTubers who really give that genre a lot of their time outside of the The Sims franchise (which is cool and all, but I want to hear about the smaller, weirder life sims too), so that may be another unique point for your channel. Only if it sounds fun, though. I hope you have a good 2022!
