It takes a bit more of time, but It's not that hard, I think I made 3 arts like that in the past, I'm not sure wich characters exactly, but It's definitely something interesting cause they look really more realist, It gives a weight to it.

Something been liking from artist like Dadonfuga, its where sfw version boobs is set in position then drops in nsfw because no clothes. It add bit realism and mystery. I dont know if it be to much or difficult since you probably need draw new boob outline for nsfw, but im sure you can after drawing this uniqe good arts. Just a little suggestion.
