July 1st, 2019: Progress Report and Announcement

Boy what a week it has been in between patching and fixing bugs for Karryn's Prison, working a bit on the system for Island SaGa, and getting ready for my trip to California starting tomorrow! 

As mentioned last month, Sachinama and I will be on leave for the next two weeks for our scheduled trip that we planned way back in February. Support and development for Karryn's Prison, as well as support for Meltys Quest will be unavailable until we return back to our home from California. There will also be no Progress Report from me next week on July 8th, and the Progress Report on July 15th will probably have no real substance.

And speaking of Karryn's Prison, the response for Karryn's Prison has been really good so far, so thank you to everyone for supporting us for all these months with no demo to show for it up until now! I speak for myself when I say that I'm so happy everyone is pleased with what is available so for, and I'm sure Sachinama feels the same way too! 

Some of you may have followed me way back from my original Patreon account, and still remember the bitter ending to our development of Pina and the Hero's Amazing Tale. Sometimes hard work and effort don't always get rewarded, but we made sure to keep the memories of our failed project on our mind as we pushed through developing Karryn's Prison for the past eight+ months. 

There is still much to be done for Karryn's Prison since only the Anarchy version of the first Prison Level is completed. The next task will be to create the Subjugated and Rioting version of the first Prison Level, and then the Anarchy version of the second Prison Level. As mentioned last month, there will be no new Patron-only content updates for Karryn's Prison this month outside of bug fix patches. But everyone else will be able to experience the June Alpha Build of Karryn's Prison starting around July 19th or 20th, so please look forward to those dates if you're not a Patron yet!

And now to wrap up today's post, we would like to formally welcome Hanako to the Remtairy team! Hanako has already been working with us in the past two months on Club Bifrost and Island Saga as an editor, and will continue to apply his talents for us on Island Saga!
