Also If I am 100% honest I find the rule of thirds to be a less than perfect way to account for proportion in foreshortened poses. It’s cool, but I don’t rely on it (just my opinion/practice).

2023-04-01 14:58:31 +0000 UTCThis is really great! I am trying to reconcile the loomis head and the rule of thirds with the anatomy you are demonstrating based on the zygomatic bone. I see that you guesstimate where that is but can you or should you not relate it to the other measurements? If I am wrong on the height of it than all the beautiful top and bottom planes of the face will be wrong.
