"Thank you so much. I discovered through following these steps that the UI for Patreon has changed significantly since this was created. You now have to click your photo/icon in the right-->profile settings and from there select the Apps tab before you can connect Discord. Might be worth posting for anyone else having trouble. Don't want to miss out"
