I am using a laptop and have tried all of those things and it still doesn't work. When I go to Patreon it brings up that I am your member but. When I go to your site it doesn't work.

Otherwise another thing you can try is disconnect from my website from patreon and try reconnecting again. Go to settings (desktop version) and look for an area called connected apps or something similar and disconnect from my site. Then go to my site and login to see if that worked.
