Happy hump day! As a loyal patron of course you’re familiar with the infamous Drop Concert films?! Yes? No? Maybe? Anyway we’re finally dropping them on the public at large tomorrow with a double feature starting at 10am PT. (We’ll drop it here on Patreon embeds too so you can join the fracas in the chat.)

BUT we’re also dropping the audio for both on your feed here and on the RSS. So dig into DC1 and stand by for DC2 in the next post.

BY DA WAY, the Tim Fest '24 audio recording will hit your feed tomorrow morning also. So you’ll have plenty of content to consume while we’re gone.

Drop Concert: The Motion Picture: The Soundtrack captures and reshapes DROP CONCERT, an experimental music performance by DJ Douggpound and Vic Berger IV based on their signature "drops" - obscure soundbites, pop culture audio clips, and their own loops and effects. The event was hosted by Tim Heidecker, who also sat in on keyboard for a section of this fully improvised show. The original performance was streamed live for the Office Hours Patreon community on August 29, 2020 and subsequently turned into DROP CONCERT: THE MOTION PICTURE by genius animator Ben Levin.
