Catch Up
Added 2022-06-18 15:05:42 +0000 UTCGood day!
Well, we had a good time, didn't we? Finally got my boy Jon Daly in the studio. Jon's a good dude, known him for years and years and is always full of positive energy and good vibes. And how cool to have one of our own ascend and hang with us? Go Kaye Go!
OK, this may seem like a cheat, but you're busy, you got a lot going on and lots to read and catch up on... and i've been talking a lot to some people, so here's a few links you may have missed... yep, I'm talking more music - my influences and my thinking behind the new record, High School, which of course you can order right here
I've always loved reading Steve Hyden (coincidentally he was an old roommate of our Mark Proksch back in Mark's midwest days) So it was a joy to talk music with him:

Paul reached out and I saw that our own Fred Armisen had spoken with him so that's all I needed to know this guy was for real... this was a big challenge and if you asked me to make this list today there would be nine totally different songs here, but i tried to tie it to specific musical memories.

The last thing I'll ask you to read is not about me but it's a little review I wrote about the Dylan show Matt and I attended this week. Ray, who called in this week, asked me to write up a little dispatch and I did! It was fun to write as a critic for once... eas when you have something nice to say!

so sit back, relax and pour yourselves some Three Stogies coffee and open up some new tabs in your browser...
