This month, I was on a trip to Fukushima prefecture for the first half of the month. It was my first time to visit Fukushima Prefecture, and the food was delicious, especially the ramen and dumplings! I was told that there are so many ramen shops in Fukushima prefecture and that it has the highest ratio of ramen shops to the population in Japan.
I know many of you reading this live outside of Japan. If you come to Japan, be sure to eat Ramen! Japanese people love ramen very much. There are many variations of ramen, including soy sauce, miso, and pork bone flavors, each tasting like a different dish. My favorite is the miso flavor. I hope you will discover your favorite flavor!
