Well... she’s back! Emma – my delightfully brutal, sarcastic, and pain-loving friend – is back on the table for another deep tissue session. You might remember her from previous appearances where she somehow managed to laugh, complain, and threaten me all at once while I worked through the knots. Today’s session is no different – a full-body focus with strong pressure, targeting those chronic tension spots she refuses to deal with until it’s nearly too late.

Expect grimaces, gasps, and some golden one-liners as we get stuck into glutes, hamstrings, back, and shoulders with no holding back. A mix of humour and proper physical therapy, this is exactly why I love what I do. Emma might say otherwise… but she keeps coming back, so I must be doing something right.
