Andre Hyland is one of the most entertaining guests you've had on the show. He was great. Pachyman was excellent too. Top 10 Office Hours episode.

a week late, but i only listen to the audio because of the drop sound levels. ive tried watching on tv for the video but i can barely here drops, and thats what got me hooked to office hours. BRING BACK THE PICKLE DROPS!

Aidan Archer

hi tim, thanks for letting me ask andre a question; i'm a big longtime fan of both of you. this is songwriter andre mentioned that's cast in his new movie: https://whywithaquestionmark.bandcamp.com/album/eskimo-snow-2 . you might enjoy that album - or not, doesn't matter! andre's independent stuff is really great though!! thanks for having him on, was a fun episode

skeletonmeat

Thanks for the introduction to Pachyman. That song is great. What’s the name of it?

Todd

I really appreciated Vic's music theory expertise at the end there for the Uptown Grill chord progression. Putting that Berklee education to good use! Peace x

Di Drew

Found it! https://www.wildewesten.be/fr/event/book-presentation-accolades

As a big fan, and audio engineer myself. I can confirm the drops are MUCH higher in the mix and in my opinion much more enjoyable in the audio version. Still watch/listen to both, but the audio mix's drop level is much better.

matocaster

Swing batter batter swing!

🖤Cassie🖤

Sorry If I missed it, how do we buy the book Accolades?

darrin kevin

The pachyman scene with vic vision overlaid is transcendental.

Hey Scott - one of the interns actually looked into that once. It seemed to require manually going through and transcribing the whole episode but maybe there’s an automated way? Would be very happy to figure this out. I’ll DM you and maybe you can help us sort it.

Tim Heidecker

Andre Hyland is a legit funny guy. Had me laughing, so thank you for that…but - he don’t get puns! Lol example: “Rush Minute” is not a pun. Saying “they’re doing a reboot with Larry David called “Rush Hourshanah” is closer to the pun joke format. That being said - he’s a super funny guy and the show is awesome as always 👍🏼

Shane Wheel

does anyone know the name of the book they were talking about? the one about underrated artists?

Garek McGuinn

Did “cokes coming!” Work or did peoples stuff get wet?

D D

Beatles by a mile

BO BRICKS

Agree with the hotline caller around audio-based listening! Def my preferred option. I usually listen on Friday mornings while taking my baby daughter for a walk, it’s a great listening experience!

Sean Slavin

Hey producer Matt, I love the show, I also have a hearing impaired family member interested in watching on YouTube, any chance of getting a closed caption option any time soon? Thanks!

scott gross

Also thanks for taking my call about the best concerts you've been to! I'm glad someone else can agree with me that seeing The Wall performed live was an amazing experience!

Alex Torke

Looks kinda like an SH-01A

Kralvin

La Brea has been a running joke in my house recently. It’s the worst looking show Youtube has shoved down my throat for the last month. Glad to see others have found it’s unrefined comedy gold.

Ed Eagleton

It was cool seeing Johnny Wolf! I used to see him around a bunch when I lived in Olympia

Journe

wonder whats been talked about in ohl most over the years: the sopranos, the beatles, or baseball?

Abi Harding

vic looking great!

Abi Harding

Terrific episode

Mark Rose

VicVision needed to be all up in that gear.

Russell Fowler

Gear check, what kind of Roland keyboard was Pachyman playing?

Russell Fowler

VicVision is a game changer.

Greenblood

And since when did eating on the show ever become an issue here, Tim?

joel mason

Honestly hope you guys pursue an appeal against your strike on yourube. Such a clear case of fair use. So obvious a blind man could see it

joel mason

Limmy did a great analysis of the William Shatner/Bezos space ship landing video if anyone is interested!

Will

Thanks for the upload. I thought of a pun that may change the world…

Nick G

i think its from the press conference where donald says “tim apple”

Jenny S

NBC’s La Brea is a product of Hollywood coming to Australia during the pandemic. Two others are Shang Chi and the dreadful Clickbait on Netflix

Matt Vogels

I am a big fan of Tim's music BTW. And baseball and grand slams.

Actual Dracula

Grand slams. Hot dogs. What's not to like?

Actual Dracula

Give us a minute here Nick! Gotta upload it first.

Tim Heidecker

I love the baseball talk.

Faux Vernon

Does anyone know where the trump “thank you Tim!” Drop is from?? I want to sample that so bad

Tim Claridge

Why is this not populating on any podcast players? I have my regular and then downloaded another… nothing since Whitmer Thomas episode

Nick G

I saw him in 07/08? He played a bunch of Eno/Byrne material at Radio City, amazing show!

Alex Torke

I saw that David Byrne tour at Georgia Theatre 8/28/01. Definitely an excellent show!

Stu Walker

Press was the name, if I heard right. 👍

Julian Jules

Did anyone catch the name of the playwrite's play? I heard him say it will be out near Richmond and in April 2022. I'll definitely go along, that's like a 30 mins drive from me.
