I shot this little video after I hung up on the boys last night - I don't know if matt played it, but here it is!
It's always so silly (but I'm always so grateful) when I see the craft services spread on bigger tv shows and movies.
on first glance it does seem excessive, but when you consider there's a crew of 100 people out in the middle of nowhere, on their feet for 12+ hours it starts to make sense. For dumb actors like me, it's a little much, as there's LOTS of downtime and opportunities for grazing and picking. I eat like shit, always picking the worst (best) options off the rack. I think part of the reason for that is when you're on set as an actor you're kind of treated like a baby - you are told what to do, picked up, dropped off, cleaned up and generally coddled throughout the day. It's nice but it does soften you I guess.
Anyway, I had a fun time on this job and am grateful to get to do this little one offs, and very grateful for matt, doug and vic, holding down the fort! I'll be back in the studio on T̶h̶u̶r̶s̶d̶a̶y̶ Wednesday!
Which snacks on that table would you go to first?
