Greetings from Atlanta

A Seffay to you!

I'm just getting up after a NIGHT SHOOT! That's right folks, I was shooting this TV show I'm on until 3am last night. it's a fun little show for Disney+  / i'm just in this one episode playing a dorky dad (with a twist) yea so i'm a little type cast I guess. But it's one of those fun situations where the director just offered me the job. It's pretty fun and easy enough - Just means I gotta hole up in a (pretty nice) hotel in Atl for a few weeks.

Thanks for bearing with our semi-remote show! I thought it went surprisingly well, and I pretty much forgot that the boys weren't right behind me after a few minutes.  we roll with it!  Same deal next week, but it's gonna be a TUESDAY show!

Lying here, listening to Deja Vu - Jesus, what a classic record. I like it all! Even the silly Cut My Hair and the super sweet "our House" and Neil's songs are legends - But Stills kills... If you know much about these guys, he was the true workhorse - playing most of the instruments, producing and putting it all together.

an aside: This really made me laugh last night. https://twitter.com/pixelatedboat/status/1393427887005392899?s=10

I hope you can take some time and check out Abby Martin's stunning documentary about Gaza. It really moved me and made me so angry about the situation over there - It really feels so hopefully and hellish.  i just can't imagine the feeling of hopelessness there.  please share any ideas or ways you think we could be doing something to help the situation. I know it;s a thorny, complicated issue so please use kindness and sensitivity when discussing... but damnit, you can be mad too. Ugh.

Anyway, I'm gonna try and chill out today and take a walk or something. I wish you all the best!

Not sure if this is what drove the Deja Vu listen, but a 50th anniversary version was just released Friday that has a bunch of extra stuff of varying quality. Currently listening to "Almost Cut My Hair (Early Version)", which may not be the earliest Cros-botch, but the most viscerally offensive to date.
