the DELETE button won't work on the above line. I really can't explain it. It works here. I can't show you because i just deleted something here. Let's try again. Take 2
Thursday's show was a hoot in my humble opinion! Good ole Jon Glaser. I've been a super fan of his since I saw him in a little club in NY called Piano's in 2002ish. He did this bit with someone else where they were in some kind of acapella group whose members had died in a car crash on the way to the venue. I was cry laughing.
Otherwise how am I? eh, woke up with my son's cold. Thanks son. We're going to Disneyland (well, California Adventure) for the weekend and we're all a little snotty but covid free (tested and vaxxed and all that) so it's just nothing but pure joy here today. I also threw out my back throwing that Christopher Lloyd dummy into the corkboard - please my friends, send me powerful good vibes to heal me. Now.

At least I have this cool news to crow about. I'll tell ya, about an hour after our legendary Dionne Warwick interview, I got a call from Jeff Baena, a writer director I've known for a while but have never worked with. He told me he was putting a movie together and had a part for me, kind of a big part, a small ensemble of good and funny people... the premise sounded funny and he was hoping i could do it. Oh, and it was gonna shoot for 3 weeks in Tuscany. I'm like... "am i dreamin here?" Don't bother sending the script, Jeff, I'm already packing! Anyway those things are always nice, especially after this long year of sitting at home... ya know I often audition for stuff and almost never get those jobs... but then once in a while someone just calls up and hands me one. So you never know when that's coming, but it seems to happen at the right times.
don't you worry though, we're hard at work figuring out a plan for when i'm abroad during those weeks. Certainly we'll do a "Live from It Lee" experience.... we have some cool ideas (the coolest?) and gang? we're in it for the long haul. Capice?
PS thanks for the great reccs last weekend! I'm making lists and diggin in!
Peace and Love T

Hello, Tim. I have joined your Patreon because I enjoy “Office Hours” so much. Also, I remember that bit Glazer did at that show in 2002! As soon as I read it here it came flashing back. Who’s better than Jon Glazer? Enjoy Atlanta. I know I’m responding to a blog post from TWO weeks ago. I hope this isn’t an inconvenience. So much happens in two weeks.
