Added 2025-06-07 19:42:51 +0000 UTCAdmittedly, I might be cheating by counting "Rail Chaser" as an actual name, but my admittedly limited research tells me he's Claire Stanfield and Vino AND Felix Walken at various points, so maybe doing a title card would have just made things MORE confusing, not less.
And yes, I realize he's not named in the intro because the audience is supposed to think he gets killed early on, and getting a shout-out during the intro would spoil the twist. Still, it feels weird that they STILL don't include a "oh, this dude's important" screen even after it's clear that this is the case. Sure, that would require re-editing the intro a bit... but it's not like they don't do that anyway to make room for the "previously on" clips, right?
ANYWAY! While we still have a few Baccano comics left to go (I'm covering the OVAs too, remember?) that doesn't mean I can't start bugging you all to go vote on what the NEXT Weekly Anime Comic will be!
