No, seriously, Dirty Pair is no stranger to the artists slipping in little goofy bits to amuse themselves, but WOW they took it to another level with this one. There's always a lot of room for fun in a Halloween episode, and they took absolutely every single opportunity they could find. And I love the heck out of it.
