Granted, I know just about as little about social engineering and tricking people into revealing their login credentials as I do about trojans remotely taking over people's PCs and whatnot. Basically, all I know is that GIF of the guy in the Matrix jacket & shades typing on a whole aisle of laptops isn't how real hacking works.
Setting that aside, it's weird that this could be a two-part episode and STILL feel so rushed at the end. Seriously, I feel like this story would have been better served as a movie, because the later half of this episode really feels like it needed an extra ten or fifteen minutes to properly land. And no, I didn't realize what a terrible airplane joke that was until after I typed it, but dang it, it's stayin' in!
