3D printed speaker project!
Added 2020-07-21 03:41:12 +0000 UTCSorry I haven’t been updating everyone on the cool things but thanks to my buddy Dan I’ve been inspired to follow in his footsteps and print some speakers.
This is the brainchild of Paul from www.polymate3d.com and it’s super amazing.
I mean printed speakers!!! Something I would have never thought was possible and not only do they work but they work really well.
All you need is a printer, some TPU and PLA, magnets, copper wire, tape, glue, and a small amp board.
Tomorrow when I get up the two speaker enclosure should be done and it should improve sound quite a bit since you really need speakers to be in some sort of enclosure to get the full sound.
What I’ve done differently in my setup is to take the simple design and add Bluetooth and hopefully make a case with buttons to control everything and design a battery pack for it. So stay tuned and don’t forget to check out the free speaker designs in the site.
