Somehow, after YEARS of doing these anime comics in one form or another, it's only just in the past week occurred to me that I could just stick a "point five" at the end of the page number and keep the "main" number more or less in sync with the episode number. Clearly, I'm very very good at this. Oh, and before you ask: listing both episode number and a separate page count would be really clunky and awkward to read, and depending on where I post this stuff, it could even run afoul of character limits. So instead, now some of these pages are just going to look like software updates. I guess that's appropriate for Digimon.
BUT ANYWAY, even after all these years, I still find it striking how good the first episode of Tamers is. I mean, yeah, it still looks like it cost about five dollars to make, but from a writing and directing standpoint it's REALLY effective. In fact, it's SO effective that you probably would never have stopped to ask "Wait... Do they ever explain what was up with Takato having that dream/vision/out-of-body experience?" if I didn't bring it up just now. You're welcome!
