Tamers Wins!

AND WE HAVE A WINNER! ...that will surprise ABSOLUTELY NO ONE who has ANY idea who I am.  I'll be honest, I left the vote open for a LOT longer than I really should have just to make absolutely sure nobody could claim I'd closed it down EARLY to ensure I got the result I wanted.  Because OF COURSE this is the result I wanted!  There's no way I'd EVER have picked a Digimon season other than Tamers unless somebody else told me too.  Well, anyone who might have wanted that had their chance, and it's GONE NOW!  TAMERS WINS!

...so what does that mean?  Well, if you saw all those weekly comics I did about Digimon 2020 or Ghost Game out on the social medias, you already know.  And even if you didn't see those, it's pretty much the same deal as the other Weekly Anime Comics I already do.  One doodly comic a week, usually a comic per episode though I reserve the right to make exceptions wherever I see fit.  Unlike those earlier Digimon comics, though, this will follow the same pattern as the Weekly Anime Comics by coming out here on Patreon first, then getting posted to the general public weeks later.  Hey, Tamers isn't exactly airing new episodes every week, so it's not like I need to scramble to get comics out while it's still trending, right?

But more importantly, even though we DO have a winner declared, that doesn't mean I'm gonna start actually doing the comics just yet.  As I've said before, I'm not adding another new ongoing project to my schedule until AFTER I finish doing those Gunbuster comics... and I've still got two more OVAs left to cover there.  Also, as everybody's no doubt noticed, I'm BADLY in the weeds with the regular Conventional Wisdom comics right now.  I'm not going to commit to doing a Digimon comic every week until I've at LEAST finished the rest of the Otakon 2023 comics that are supposed to go up on Patreon, and I'd prefer to get several more of the AWA comics done over on the main site too.  But having said all that, these Tamers comics should NOT interfere with the current series of Dirty Pair comics, I'm still gonna plow ahead with that schedule.  Admittedly, the time may come where I lose track of what needs to get posted when and at what time, so apologies in advance for that.  Still, I was more or less able to keep the Cardcaptor and Slayers comics coming out at the same time as Ghost Game, so I'm going to gamble on being able to keep that juggling act going again this year (of course, I also don't have any convention trips planned until the end of May, so that helps too)

But yeah!  Everybody get ready for some Tamers action!

Tamers Wins!
