It was already hard enough to wrote a comic about an episode talking about political intrigue ON ELECTION WEEK and come up with a joke that would actually be worth reading outside of that limited context. No offense, but I don't have much faith in an internet comment section to be any better at it.
No, but seriously, I actually really like this kind of design idea, and wish I were good enough of an artist to do it justice in the comic. Maybe THAT'S the actual reason behind crap roadways in real life.
