I ALSO contemplated referencing that thing where China tried to fix a city's smog problem by dynamiting a mountain so more wind would come through, which just gave the city MORE dust and smoke... but I might actually be owned by a Chinese conglomerate and nobody told me, so I'd better not.
Also, just how far are the towns in episode 12 from Seyruun? Does Phil even have the authority to enact a public works project on this scale? Does bureaucratic jurisdiction mean NOTHING in this series?!?!?!?
