It helps if you understand that 90% of the directions for the drive between Raleigh and Charlotte is "Don't spontaneously drive off the side of the interstate." As long as you're pointed in the right direction, you can just keep going straight and not get lost... MOST of the way. The flipside of that straightforward drive is that it all starts to blur together after a while. So, really, I didn't so much need directions on which way to turn when I got there, just a proximity alarm to remind me "HEY DUMMY! This is the exit!"
Oh, and just a bit of housekeeping: I was really, REALLY hoping for July to be the month where I finally shook up the Patreon and started posting some different stuff again. So of COURSE this turned out to be the month where a whole new set of Real Life distractions flared up and messed that up. Don't worry, it's nothing horrible (or any more horrible than everything else) but I DID have to lug my computer into another room to post this, because the air conditioner upstairs is busted and that whole half of the house is uninhabitable. That's the sort of thing that disrupts one's work flow, ya know?
