⚠【重要】今後の運営方針について

DiscordとFANBOXの連携を開始してから約2か月が経ちましたが、最近、Patreonの有料会員がDiscord上の有料コンテンツを閲覧できない不具合が複数発生しています。

調査したところ、FANBOXとの連携によってbotが誤作動してしまうことが原因であることが分かりました。

さまざまな対処方法を試してみましたが、現時点では有効な解決策が見つかりませんでした。

また、Discordと各ファンサイトの連携トラブルが続いたことで、自分の創作活動にも影響が出始めている状況です。もちろん、これは皆さまのせいではありません。私がDiscordなどのコミュニティツールに不慣れだからです。

そこで、今の運営体制を見直すことにしました。

◆今後の運用方針

1. Discordサーバー上の有料チャンネルをすべて終了します。

終了するのは、Silver Tier及びGold Tierの有料チャンネルのみであり、Discordの運営自体は継続します。

2. 全てのファンサイトで、クラウドサービス「MEGA」を使ったコンテンツ提供に統一します。

・FANBOX・Fantia：最新記事にその都度、最新のMEGAリンクとパスワードを掲載

・Patreon：有料会員が閲覧できるチャット欄に最新のMEGAリンクとパスワードを投稿

一応、無断転載対策を兼ねていますので、今後は記事に直接コンテンツを載せずにMEGA経由でお送りしようと思います。

3. 以後のDiscordの役割は以下に限定し、あくまでもファンコミュニティサーバーとして運用していきます。

・活動状況の報告

・落書きの投稿

・スケジュールの共有

・重要なお知らせ

・グッズ販売への誘導

・ファン同士の交流　など

将来的には、私の漫画について意見交換したりアドバイスをもらえる“編集者”のようなロールを追加したり、グッズ企画を一緒に考える「企画部」や、翻訳係など、私の創作活動を直接サポートしてくれるメンバーも募集したいなぁと考えています。

※Discord上では有料コンテンツを提供しません。

したがって、有料コンテンツだけを閲覧したい方は、Discordに参加している必要はありませんので退会していただいて大丈夫です。

一方で、私やファン同士の交流、活動報告や企画などに興味がある方は、ぜひ引き続き参加していただけると嬉しいです。

以上の方針で、近日中に運用を開始していく予定です。

Discordの導入によっていろいろと混乱を招いてしまい、申し訳ありません。

皆さまの負担をできるだけ少なくしつつ、自身の創作活動にも影響が出ないように、できる限りシンプルな運用を目指してまいります。

It has been about two months since I connected Discord with FANBOX.

Recently, however, several issues have occurred where Patreon members are unable to view paid content on Discord.

After investigating the problem, I found that the connection with FANBOX is causing the bot to malfunction.

I looked into various solutions, but unfortunately, I haven’t been able to find an effective fix at this time.

In addition, the continuous troubles related to linking Discord with the fan platforms have started to affect my creative work. Of course, this is not your fault. It’s simply because I’m not familiar with community tools like Discord.

Because of this, I’ve decided to change the current management setup.

◆Future Operations

1. I will be discontinuing all paid channels on the Discord server.

Only the paid channels for the Silver Tier and Gold Tier will be closed; the overall operation of the Discord server will continue.

2. All paid content will be provided through the cloud service “MEGA” across all platforms.

・FANBOX & Fantia: I will include the latest MEGA link in each new post

・Patreon: I will share the latest MEGA link in the members-only chat section

❌Additionally, as part of measures against unauthorized redistribution, I will no longer upload content directly in the posts. From now on, all content will be delivered via MEGA.

↑↑↑⚠️However, since Fantia prohibits linking to external storage services—and I anticipate running into issues like “I can’t access MEGA” again—I’ve decided to handle things differently on FANBOX.

From now on, I will continue posting on FANBOX by replacing the actual content in the post with a MEGA link to a zip file, rather than uploading the content directly.💦

3. Discord will be used only for the following purposes:

・Activity updates

・Posting rough sketches

・Sharing schedules

・Important announcements

・Directing users to merchandise sales

・A place for fans to talk with each other　etc

In the future, I’m thinking about adding new roles—such as members who can exchange ideas and give feedback on my manga like editors, people who can help plan merchandise, or translators. I’d like to invite members who can directly support my creative work.

※ Paid content will not be distributed on Discord.

If you are only interested in the paid content, you don’t need to stay on Discord, so feel free to leave at any time.

However, if you’d like to interact with me or other fans, or keep up with my activity updates, I’d be very happy if you choose to stay.

I plan to begin operating under the above policies in the near future.

I sincerely apologize for any confusion caused by the introduction of Discord.

I will continue striving to keep things as simple and stress-free as possible while ensuring my creative work is not hindered.
