Stolen DM Stash Assets: MythReal Games

We have a bit of a crappy post to make. The last 3 days have not been very fun for us.
One of our modelers who left our company in May 2023 has gone and started their own Patreon and Tribes studio: MythReal Games.
Usually this wouldn't be an issue, and we were very happy for them at first when we found out 3 days ago, reaching out to do a model swap to help them grow.
However, we quickly rescinded that offer, when we came to realise that a significant portion of their models were created using assets stolen from our shared drive, which they had access to after leaving (as we were waiting for them to upload their models). These assets are a mixture of things he has created for us (which we would have been willing to overlook) and things created by other modelers, even for packs as recent as our latest two releases!
The full breakdown is in the below link, I just wanted to give everyone a heads up. Keep in mind these are only 2 of 38 models as well.
We have sent DMCA strikes against all offending content, and in response they have gone and publicly lambasted us on their Patreon, saying we are making everything up. Just want to present the evidence to the public that we are not, and would have been excited to help this new studio grow if they were not using our assets in an unauthorised manner.

And that is an excellent example of why a non compete clause would work... granted most of the times they are crap, but have to cyoa.
