Hey there youll have to upgrade to Champion tier to get both as Knight doesnt include the monthly canpaign release. Can I ask where you saw that Knight tier includes campaign? Just that we have had a few people with the same question this month and trying to figure out how thats happeneing

We manually support every model and test print them. As per our disclaimer in our About it isnt going to work out the box on every set up. You might need to increase your exposure a bit or dial in your settings. We try support so theres minimal scarring on the models. Soft resins and low exposure times can fail with this.

Just a quick question. When it says "pre supported" does that mean the auto supports that most slicing software has? Or has someone gone in a supported and tested these? Every pre supported print ive done so far has failed :(

Hey there, you're pledged at Knight tier which only includes the miniature content (including the miniature welcome stash). If you upgrade to Champion tier, you'll unlock the campaign content :)

I seem to be having some issues with the campaign posts both the welcome pack and the monthly I cant see them at all it treats me as is I wasn't subscribed. maybe im doing something wrong im new here

Just another note: on release Underthwyn's Presupported Right Wing was a duplicate of his left. I've fixed this now but double check his wings are not the same before you print (if you have an older version). If they are, simply mirror one of them in your slicing program.

Hey there, seems to be an error with Google servers. Sometimes being logged into a Google account can fix it. I'll be sending out MMF redemptions shortly anyway so people can download that way

It says page not working on pt1 of the pre supported for me and says to many people have downloaded pt2 and that I need to try again in 24 hours. Is anyone else having this problem?

They Normally send you an email, it says you have files available, click to redeem. When you click it, it will redeem to whatever account is logged into MMF at the time, so if you have multiple people in your house with an MMF account, make sure you are logged in to the right one first.

I don't remember how all the syncing works, so I can't answer that until later today when I can check my home PC. But I'm sure an admin on the Discord help section can help you get set up with that. I think my MMF updated with Orcs and Spirits of the East at the same time, because I joined a little into August, so my Orcs got delayed on MMF, but I still got them on there eventually.

Yes. You'll probably see the MMF push in the next day or two. I think the MMF push in October was on the 3rd.
