Side Characters and Status - Devlog #004

It's been a while since I made a Devlog I hope I can still write words and not just porn. I will start splitting this by topic so you can read what you want and skip the rest.

Status Window

The idea of giving out info about the stats started on the game's F95zone thread with some people asking for it after that I made the poll and you guys voted. Now already in V0.3 I have added the notification about stats changes but I still have to work on a full status window, the reason is simple I still have no idea how it is going to look. The most likely scenario it is going to be a new option in the scroll and show some stats with noting much maybe images of the character and an arrow to move between characters.

Side Characters

Now the topic most people are probably interested in "What about character X?". So the main idea for side characters is for them to be inconsequential there would be little to no training for them just some scenes and a short plot after which you could play some generic scenes. For example my current Idea for someone like Glynda is for her to be tied to the training of team RWBY as you corrupt them Glynda is willing to drink more till you get to take advantage of her and then start a relationship. Other characters could be tied to things like money(Coco), your debt(Malachite Twins) or doing evil(Cinder/Emerald / Neo ). I have at this moment in my Koi folder 20+ possible side characters so as much as I like working on this game I am not willing to do full training for all of them.

"Where is Pyrrha and Nora"

Now taking into account what I said about side characters Pyrrha and Nora where going to be like that but I have notice a lot of interest in these two and I am nothing is not easily influenced by my members so I am willing to make full training for these two like the team RWBY girls if my members so wish and when the time comes for other side characters to be introduced I could be convinced to make them full characters.

That is it from me today I have to get back to Weiss animated sprites, V0.3 release for Black members is on the 24th and the public release is the 8th have fun.
