Also Joseph's hypotheticals are literally not a different thing. Most of the time it's the entire same thing. It's so weird. When they get all "ohh different scenario shut up" it's like one of those internet arguments where the other person just replies something dumb to your well thought out reply. But can't blame them they the councel are internet people after all.

While husband is motivated to learn, but it makes senses that parents don’t have motivation to learn. Sometimes it just felt left out that everyone in the room speaks a language you don’t understand.

If the person had a normal amount of annoyance at Astrology I could see them still decide to do this bit though, and then the reveal of the superstition based discrimination going on here is clearly unjustified. "He lied it's deserved and should not be forgiven" I do not believe lying about the day you were born on because you find Astrology annoying is worth losing job opportunities over (and yes, this is separate from lying to get a job you are not old enough for, clearly in case anyone wants to bring that up) and the fact that the day you were born on causes this boss to GIVE or WITHHOLD job opportunities is what is unforgivable here, regardless of if anyone lied about it or not.

It’s so easy to write the dude off with the “erm, Scientology” and lying for no reason, but the dude accidentally found himself in this weird cult-like work environment. I don’t believe he would have lied if he knew it was this serious for the boss to hang promotions over this. There’s a stark contrast of situations between the initial lie to goof and the continuation of the lie due to job security. I can’t call him an asshole because of that

Also very funny it was the one where there seemed to be the most legitimate anger between Joseph and Jordan/Danny and he just kinda sat around while they argued. On the last story, when we initially paused to talk about horoscopes my friend in corporate went "I fucking hate horoscopes because they can affect hiring and promotions way more than they should" and was then proven unbelievably correct. Interestingly, this guy has become notoriously anti-Joseph over the weeks but was 100% on his side for the last one.

Always feels kinda frustrating to me, since I find hypoteticals to be important if you want to understand peoples positions. But I am so glad Hardleg Joe was a guest! Certainly my favorite Yugituber (and the first Yugituber I ever watched) and so entertaining to listen to.

Facility can also mean "a natural ability or talent to do something," so the facility to learn languages would refer to the high aptitude the poster has at learning them.

When the kids are old enough to went to spend their birthdays out with just their friends instead of with their family. In that case, a family party might make more sense. Later on, this happens with friends who have fallen out of touch, and so on. These situations happen over and over in life, and I can only hope everyone involved can properly communicate and be understanding with each other when they happen. And, as a reminder, even if this happens constantly, it doesn't mean it won't affect people any less, so be kind.

Chances are they won't even remember the birthday you original gave, only remembering the Leo thing. Once someone finds out the actual birth date, they'll either assume the date in the system is wrong or they'll wonder how they got your sign wrong because they'll assume you just gave the correct date the first time. As long as they aren't actively remembering that original birthday, he'll be golden.
