This is the post where I try and convince you to use Hashtag Football

I know the majority of you are subscribed to my Patreon because you use Hashtag Basketball, but what if I told you there's a Hashtag Basketball, but for fantasy football?

(As you can tell by that terrible opening, I never did anything with my Marketing degree).

I've been quietly working on https://hashtagfootball.com for the past few years, and I'm at the point where I really do think it's good, and I'm wanting to share it with as many people as possible.

It shows and aggregates rankings from 4 different sources. Ben Wasley and Mick Ciallela (who both frequently finish in FantasyPro's top 10 accuracy challenges), as well as sourcing projections and rankings from fantasydata.com (which is paywalled behind a $5mo and $8mo monthly subscription) and The Blitz, which is also paywalled.

You can access the premium tools with the same login you use on any of the Hashtag websites (the same login works across all 4 websites, so you don't need to sign up again).

But I wanna run you over some of the features I like the most (I'll start with the free tools, and then hit the best features available when you log into the website and access the premium tools):

Customizable rankings

You can change the weighting of positions using the positions multiplier, and use any of the 14 pre-defined scoring types (from standard, half PPR, PPR, to TE premium leagues and leagues where QB passing touchdowns are worth 6 points).

The rankings page currently shows you positional rankings from each ranker, their matchup, projected score and season score, and shares from last season (the shares will be from the current season once the season has started).

Fantasy Football Consistency

A tool that measures how frequently a player scores within a specific range of their seasonal average. You can change the range to whatever you like.

Target Shares

This tool ranks players by targets and target share, providing additional information such as redzone and endzone targets, along with receiving stats.

Reception Rate

This tool ranks players by receptions, providing additional information such as catch rate, yards after a catch, and routes:

Draft Tracker

From here, I'll go over the best premium-only features.

The draft tracker gives you a list of the best available players to draft, your league's power rankings (projected average of each team's projected starters), the ability to see each team's projected starters, and an overview of which positions teams still have to draft.

Matchup Planner

This tool lets you plan your weekly matchup by projecting every team's starters, giving an overview of their matchups, and highlighting players available on the waiver wire who could be better options to add and play for the week.

Waiver Wire Rankings

This tool lets you view the best available players on your waiver for the upcoming week.

Beast Mode

Beast mode is a tool that lets you know how you compare against every opponent in your league for any selected week of the fantasy season. If you've managed to beat all teams in a week, you've hit beast mode (sorry, this was the best name that I could come up with for this idea).

Trade Machine

This tool lets you simulate potential trades to see what impact they have on all teams and their projected power rankings as well as looking at how it impacts both team's projected starters.

League Scouting Report

This tool lets you view an extended fantasy depth chart of every team in your league, showing their projected starters, and your league's power rankings.

Like most of my presentations at work, it's padded with screenshots, but hopefully this helps paint a picture of what's available on the website.
