Important (gay) Announcement!

Hello Everyone! I come today bearing some news!

TL;DR:

Starting in June:

-Monthly Sidequests will be three instead of four and all three of them will be gay (as in homosexual males gay)

-Picture of the Month will go back to being a scene instead of pin-up.

-No change in prices/tiers.

FROM NOW ON EVERY SIDEQUEST WILL BE GAY

From now on every sidequest is gonna be gay (as in male characters) and we’re gonna do away with lesbian, straight and bi. 

I do love my pairing diversity but I haven’t been able to do it in a successful way; numbers speak volumes and I have been having the worst months (income wise) on Patreon since a long while so I feel I need to switch things up a bit. I always wanted to be diverse in that regard but I also envisioned the sidequests as a content companion to the comic, but we all know the comic has not returned since that first chapter so instead we have these orphaned sidequests that go nowhere and that only 50% of them really appeal to my core audience. I feel that if you want to do this type of diverse pairings content you either need to be very good, do fanart or do a long term project and I haven’t been able to do either of those very successfully so it is difficult for me to continue offering this, specially when most of my audience is gay or leaning heavy into liking men.

I would also like to say that Instead of four monthly sidequests it will be three but…

PICTURES OF THE MONTH WILL BE BACK TO BEING A SCENE RATHER THAN PIN UPS

PotM will go back to being a “proper illustration” instead of pin-up to compensate for one less sidequest. After I switched to pinups back two years ago I started to see less interest in the PotM and it has never really picked back up, so let’s hope this helps. It is also easier for me to come up with a scene than just sexy poses, I think!

I strongly feel that by doing this I’ll be able to provide better quality (quality over quantity)

This will not be the only change as there will be new popular characters joining the guild that you guys will be able to vote for every month. You can think of this as some kind of gay AU in which everyone is gay. 

Every day since I started this patreon I’ve been blessed with all of your support and every day I’m incredibly thankful that every one of you is interested in my art and my characters. I do not take any of you for granted and I feel incredibly privileged to have you all here. I truly think this will make things better, so please bear with me.
