Duplicate Keys
Added 2024-11-19 15:14:31 +0000 UTCWe have an automated system that hands out keys but in the last few days I’ve had repeat reports of people getting duplicate keys. It didn’t make much sense to me as the system has worked perfectly for months now. I’ve now found some new issues we will need to fix. Updating so you know we’re working on it
Issue 1
there is a new system on Patreon that lets you gift subs to people. I’m not sure how to fix this right now but I’ll look into it . For now dm us if you have been gifted a sub and don’t have a key
issue 2
duplicate keys, this one is the result of too many people signing up! A good thing for sure, but people are signing up so fast and at the same time that the system doesn’t have time to delete the previous key before giving it to another person. For now please email back and I’ll assign you a new one. I’ll see if I can add a delay to the bot to avoid this in the future
issue 3
Private Apple ID, not much I can do about this one. Best I can suggest is to not sign up with a private Apple ID, you won’t get an email because it goes to some weird scrambled email.
new updates to play very soon :) we have a linear Dutch level coming out, won’t be a song but the environment music is lovely and is still adaptive in a sense! ( you’ll see )
