Elaine Redesign! Billie Bust Up-date

Lets start with Elaine!

Elaine
Elaine had a small redesign, its pretty simple stuff but enhances her quite a bit. The first large change is the eyelashes. The plane on her eyelash is no longer stuck to her face (see above) but now sticks out to the side. It really improves her silhouette.
Next is the skull texture on Elaine's forehead, fits with her pirate aesthetic. Is it natural or does she dye it on?
Then we also have the new nose/eye markings in the corner of her eyes. It looks more like a serval, and makes her eyes pop, bringing focus to the centre of her face
We also tried a new texture technique on the face which gives this 3D look to it. We have something similar set up on the eyes

Billie Attack and Movement Upgrades
Billie is receiving a couple of upgrades to her moveset, mostly animation based. Here the in air attack that originally replaced the ground pound now has a custom animation instead of reusing the ice skating jump. Chao also added this lovely VFX to go with it
