Their googles allow them to see heat, rendering Billie's invisibility and barrel hiding useless. Their goggles display a red spotlight on the floor for the player to avoid, if they see you they will meow loudly to alert nearby pirates then proceed to throw bombs at the player.
They are a Spinx cat! the player can platform up the towers to disable them if they are sneaky
