Hello my pretty girls, i will be hosting a live stream where I want you to cook WITH ME while I COOK. The live will be hosted: 11/21 at 4pm PACIFIC time.
Below will be ALL OF THE INGREDIENTS NEEDED/equipment for those of you that want to cook at the same time with me!!

Ingredients
wooden skewers, soaked in water (ONLY day of)
1 pound (455g) boneless skinless chicken thigh meat
2 bell peppers
2 zucchini
1 red onion
1/3 cup olive oil
1/2 cup fresh lemon juice or vinegar
4 garlic cloves, grated
1-2 teaspoons dried oregano or thyme
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper
2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh parsley
1 teaspoon dried coriander powder
2 cups medium grain rice or basmati, rinsed and soaked in water for 10 minutes (day of)
1 cup cut up vermicelli/fide noodles
3 cups low sodium chicken stock or water
juice of 1 lemon
4 tablespoons unsalted butter
2 tablespoons olive oil
salt and pepper to taste
chopped fresh parsley leaves
