Otter Tale build 4
Added 2023-10-01 13:01:00 +0000 UTCI'll be updater per chapter now. May take longer, but it will be more satisfying to have proper conclusions to each update.
Next update will have something special.
-added otters.
-fixed a bug where going back would crash the game due to sound.
-fish a bug where music did not fade out correctly.
-fixed a bug where displayed sprites would be incorrect for a split second.
