Patrons from the USA and Some Other Countries Sales Tax

Patreon has warned me that, from June, a sale tax from 4% to 11% will be charged to patrons from the US and a few other countries.
Amongst the other countries that will be affected there are Australia, India, Norway, Russia, and some others.

I've told them that this Patreon mostly gives "Exclusive Community Access", and that means that the majority of US states won't charge anything for that.
Indeed, this is different depending on the state in the US you live in.
This doesn't affect patrons from Europe, because they have already been paying VAT since 2015.
